JAG Physical Therapy

JAG Physical Therapy offers comprehensive outpatient physical and occupational therapy services and provides rehabilitative care for general orthopedic, sports and soft tissue injuries, Workers’ Compensation cases, Slip and Fall physical therapy, and work with Medicare patients. We also offer AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill physical therapy and post-op physical therapy.
